Chela uses the minimum account, security, wagering, and payment information needed to operate and protect the controlled pilot.
Information used
We process your verified phone, account and session identifiers, wager and wallet records, device/security events, Telegram linkage when chosen, and payment evidence submitted to Chela Connect.
Protection and retention
Financial journals and security audits are retained as required for reconciliation and legal obligations. Payment evidence is private, access-controlled, scanned, and removed under the applicable retention schedule unless a dispute or legal hold applies.
Requests
Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where legally permitted. Required financial, anti-fraud, and audit records cannot be deleted prematurely.
